- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver exceptional service; conduct safety walks; manage inventory and compliance.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability; communicate objectives; partner on events and adoptions.
Experience & Skills

- Build and maintain high associate engagement through feedback and recognition
- Ensure exceptional pet parent service and resolve escalated concerns
- Manage inventory, conduct safety walks, and monitor store cameras
- Drive business goals by analyzing data and executing corporate strategies
- Facilitate associate development, training, and succession planning
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Partner on in-store events and community adoption initiatives
- Handle store opening/closing and emergency pet care situations
