Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; deliver outstanding pet parent service; maintain store standards; conduct safety walks and camera reviews; manage events and inventory.
- Business Management: Achieve profitability goals; analyze performance; execute corporate strategies; communicate objectives to the team.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in high-volume environments, pet industry knowledge, and skills in P&L management, team motivation, and customer-centric operations. Flexibility for varied shifts is essential.
