Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; foster open communication and high engagement through recognition and reviews.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and outstanding service; manage escalations, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory standards.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize processes, and lead events with community partners like adoption groups.
