- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and outstanding service; manage escalations, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory standards.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and lead events with community partners like adoption groups.
