Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture with engagement tools.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain standards via monthly walks, manage inventory, review cameras for accountability, and handle openings/closings.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and collaborate on events like adoption partnerships.
Experience & Skills
