Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; foster open-door culture and deliver reviews on time.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions; conduct Core and Services Walks; review cameras for safety.
• Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, maintain inventory, and communicate objectives to the team.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong leadership in high-volume settings, pet industry knowledge, and skills in team building, financial oversight, and customer service. Proficiency in operational tools, compliance, and fostering engagement is essential.
