Key Responsibilities

- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; handle escalations; conduct monthly walks; monitor cameras; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Achieve profitability goals; analyze performance; cascade objectives; optimize processes for efficiency.
