Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) oversees all store operations, including safety, customer experience, financial performance, and HR functions. You'll drive company strategies, champion pet parent service, and ensure efficient daily execution while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; conduct reviews, recognize achievements, and resolve grievances to build an engaged team.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct monthly walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for compliance and risk.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, communicate objectives, and partner on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
