- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building, customer focus, financial acumen, and pet passion. Key skills include delegation, problem-solving, compliance, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling required.
