- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; manage pet parent interactions, compliance walks, inventory, and event collaborations.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze metrics, cascade objectives, and adapt to changing priorities for optimal outcomes.
