Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage schedules, performance reviews, and foster an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and maintain compliance with policies.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies, analyze financials, optimize inventory, and collaborate on events and community partnerships.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in high-volume settings, proficiency in P&L management, and a passion for pets. Key skills include team motivation, customer service, operational efficiency, and adaptability to dynamic retail environments. Flexible availability is essential.
