Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; handle reviews, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety, exceptional service, compliance with policies, inventory levels, and safe environments; conduct walks, camera reviews, and event partnerships.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer focus, operational expertise, and passion for pets. Must excel in delegation, feedback response, financial oversight, and fostering empowerment.
