Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, review, and develop associates; create schedules; foster open-door culture and high engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; handle escalations; conduct compliance walks; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability by analyzing performance, executing strategies, monitoring cameras for safety, and addressing pet health issues promptly.
