- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; lead pet parent interactions; conduct safety walks; manage inventory and compliance.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; partner on events and community initiatives.

- Maintain store standards, conduct safety walks, and ensure policy compliance
- Foster associate engagement through recognition, feedback, and development opportunities
- Manage inventory, events, and partnerships with adoption groups
- Monitor store cameras and address safety risks promptly
