Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture with engagement tools.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct compliance walks, manage inventory, review security footage, and prioritize safe environments.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance data, communicate objectives, and collaborate on events like adoption partnerships.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, operations, and financial accountability. Key skills include strong leadership, problem-solving, pet passion, and adaptability to dynamic retail environments. Experience with inventory systems and compliance is essential.
