Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; foster open-door culture and engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver exceptional service; manage inventory and compliance.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; lead events and community partnerships.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer focus, and operational expertise. Pet industry experience a plus. Must excel in delegation, feedback response, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
