Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, and build an open-door culture using feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct compliance walks, manage inventory, and prioritize a safe, welcoming environment.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance metrics, communicate objectives, and partner on community events.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in retail management, expertise in team leadership, customer service, and operations. - Ensure compliance with policies, conduct safety walks, and manage inventory
- Analyze business metrics, execute strategies, and foster company culture
- Collaborate on events, community partnerships, and associate development
