Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates; facilitate reviews, recognition, and succession planning; build open-door culture and address grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver exceptional service; conduct walks, manage inventory, review cameras, and handle pet welfare.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze metrics; communicate objectives; partner on events and community initiatives.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Excel in customer service, operations, compliance, and fostering engagement in a fast-paced retail setting.
