Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, and build an open-door culture with engagement tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; lead customer interactions, events, and compliance; conduct monthly walks and camera reviews for standards.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute corporate strategies for profitability, manage inventory, and communicate objectives to drive results.
Experience & Skills
