Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, deliver reviews, and foster engagement through open-door culture and recognition.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets; deliver exceptional service; conduct Core and Services Walks; manage inventory; review cameras for safety; handle pet parent concerns and events.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; maintain compliance with policies and ethics.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Must excel in delegation, feedback response, and adapting to dynamic environments. Flexible scheduling required.
