Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, reviews, and associate engagement to build high-performing teams.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct monthly walks, monitor cameras, and maintain policy compliance.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize inventory, and collaborate on events like adoption partnerships.
