Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster open-door culture and high engagement.
Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions; conduct compliance walks; oversee inventory and events; review cameras for safety.
Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; optimize processes for continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Key skills include operational execution, customer service, HR management, inventory control, and adaptability to flexible schedules.
