Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates; facilitate reviews, recognition, and succession planning; address grievances and boost engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; deliver exceptional service in-store, online, and by phone; conduct safety walks, manage inventory, review cameras, and handle sick pets.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance, communicate objectives, and collaborate on events with adoption groups.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Must thrive in dynamic environments, delegate effectively, and prioritize safety/compliance.
