Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; handle reviews, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; manage pet parent interactions, events, compliance, inventory, and store standards via walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, cascade objectives, and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven retail leaders with strong team-building, customer service, and operational skills. Experience in pet retail preferred, with ability to manage P&L, ensure safety, and foster high engagement. Flexible schedule required.
