Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion exceptional service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, review, and develop associates; build open-door culture and respond to feedback.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain standards, conduct safety walks, and manage inventory.
- Operations & Finance: Drive results, evaluate processes, partner on events, monitor cameras, and communicate objectives.
Experience & Skills
