Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service excellence, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, conduct reviews, and build an open-door culture using Voice of Associate feedback.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; handle escalations; lead events and compliance walks.
• Operations & Finance: Manage inventory, review cameras for safety, communicate objectives, and take action on pet welfare issues.

Experience & Skills

Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, operations, and financial accountability. Passion for pets, strong decision-making, and ability to empower teams in a fast-paced environment required. Experience in pet retail a plus.
