Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service excellence, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; conduct reviews, recognize achievements, and address grievances to build engagement.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage escalated concerns, conduct Core & Services Walks, and review cameras for compliance.
• Operations & Finance: Maintain inventory, communicate objectives, evaluate processes, and partner on events like adoptions for optimal results.

Experience & Skills

Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, and operations. Key skills include financial acumen, pet safety knowledge, effective delegation, and fostering open communication. Passion for pets and ability to thrive in dynamic environments required.
