Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service excellence, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop, and recognize associates; handle grievances and ensure timely reviews.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; lead pet parent interactions and escalations.
• Operations & Compliance: Manage inventory, conduct monthly walks, review cameras, prioritize safety, and collaborate on events/adoptions.
• Financial & Strategic: Communicate objectives, evaluate processes, and adapt to changing priorities for optimal results.

Experience & Skills

Seeking proven retail leaders with strong people management, customer service, and operational skills. Passion for pets, ability to delegate, foster engagement, and drive results in a fast-paced environment essential. Experience in pet retail, safety protocols, and team development preferred.
