Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster open communication and engagement.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions; ensure safety for people, pets, and customers; maintain standards via walks and camera reviews; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; respond to market changes.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, and operational acumen. Pet care knowledge is a plus. Thrive in dynamic environments with flexible scheduling.

- Collaborate on events, community partnerships, and adoption initiatives
