Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion exceptional service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, terminations; build open-door culture; manage scheduling, reviews, training, and succession planning; delegate and empower teams.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and exceptional pet parent service; conduct Core and Services Walks; maintain compliance; review cameras for safety; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals; analyze performance; communicate objectives; respond to changing environments.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven retail leaders with strong people management, customer service, and operational skills. Passion for pets, financial acumen, and ability to foster engagement essential. Flexible schedule required.
