Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop, and recognize associates; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build open-door culture and address grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and exceptional service; manage escalations, events, compliance, inventory, and safety protocols; conduct walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, optimize processes, and communicate objectives to leadership team.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building, customer focus, financial acumen, and pet industry passion. Key skills include delegation, problem-solving, compliance, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
