Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, terminations; foster open-door culture; create schedules; support development, reviews, recognition, and succession planning.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets; manage pet parent interactions; improve processes; lead events and compliance; conduct walks and camera reviews; handle sick pets.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals; analyze performance; communicate objectives; maintain inventory and standards.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Must excel in delegation, feedback response, safety prioritization, and operational execution.
