- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets; deliver exceptional service; improve processes; conduct compliance walks; manage inventory and safety.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; partner on events.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets.
