Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, and build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; manage pet parent interactions and conduct safety walks.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, maintain inventory, and review security footage for coaching.
Experience & Skills
