Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build engagement through recognition and open communication.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; lead customer interactions; maintain store standards; conduct safety walks; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance metrics; communicate objectives; monitor cameras for compliance and risks.
Experience & Skills
