Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion exceptional service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; conduct reviews, recognize achievements, and resolve grievances.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; lead pet parent interactions and community events.
• Operations & Compliance: Manage inventory, conduct monthly walks, review cameras for safety, and maintain policy adherence.
• Financial Oversight: Drive sales, communicate objectives, and optimize processes for profitability.

Experience & Skills

Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, pet care knowledge, and expertise in customer service, inventory, and financial management. Must excel in coaching, compliance, and creating positive environments.
