Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, conduct reviews, and build engagement through recognition and feedback.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain store standards, and conduct monthly walks and camera reviews for compliance.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, manage inventory, and collaborate on events like adoption partnerships.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, and pet industry knowledge.
