Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, deliver reviews, and foster engagement through recognition and feedback.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and outstanding pet parent service; conduct walks, manage inventory, review cameras, and handle openings/closings.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events with adoption groups.
