The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; build an open-door culture; manage scheduling, reviews, and recognition.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent and associate experiences; ensure pet safety; conduct safety walks; resolve concerns; partner on events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; maintain inventory; monitor cameras for compliance.

- Monitor store cameras, address risks, and handle pet welfare issues
