- Store Experience: Lead pet parent and associate interactions; ensure pet safety; maintain standards via monthly walks; manage inventory and compliance; review cameras for safety.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; partner on events and adoptions.
