Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, reviews, training, and engagement to build high-performing teams.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; manage complaints, conduct safety walks, and maintain compliance.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, optimize inventory, and lead events with community partners.
