Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead people functions: recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, reviews, and development.
- Drive store experience: ensure pet safety, resolve customer concerns, maintain standards via monthly walks.
- Manage business operations: analyze metrics, optimize inventory, execute corporate strategies for profitability.
- Foster engagement: build open-door culture, recognize achievements, address feedback and grievances.
- Uphold compliance: monitor cameras, enforce policies, prioritize safety for all.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, and financial acumen. Key skills include team building, operational efficiency, conflict resolution, and a passion for pets. Flexible scheduling and community partnership experience are assets.
