Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; address grievances and boost engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; manage pet parent interactions; conduct safety walks and camera reviews; oversee opening/closing and inventory compliance.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; optimize processes; partner on events and community initiatives.
