Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver outstanding pet parent service; conduct monthly walks; manage inventory and compliance.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze data and root causes; communicate objectives; partner on events and adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and pet industry passion.
