Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop, and recognize associates; handle reviews, grievances, and succession planning; build open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and exceptional service; manage concerns, events, compliance, inventory, and safety protocols; conduct walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze metrics, execute strategies, communicate objectives, and optimize processes.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong leadership, customer focus, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Key skills include team building, operational execution, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
