Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; conduct reviews, foster engagement, and handle grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health, deliver outstanding pet parent service, maintain standards via walks and camera reviews, and manage events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize inventory, and communicate objectives.
Experience & Skills
