Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve results, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; conduct reviews, recognize achievements, and resolve grievances to build engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage escalations, conduct walks, review cameras, and maintain compliance.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, optimize inventory, and lead events with community partners.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven retail leaders with strong people management, customer service, and operational skills. Passion for pets, financial acumen, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments essential. Experience in pet retail preferred.
