Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial performance, and HR functions. You'll champion PetSmart's vision, mission, and values while driving targeted results and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, and build an open-door culture using Voice of Associate feedback.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage pet parent interactions, conduct Core and Services Walks, and review cameras for compliance.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance metrics, maintain inventory levels, and lead store events with community partners.
Experience & Skills
