- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze metrics; communicate objectives; monitor safety via cameras.

- Ensure compliance with policies, conduct safety walks, and monitor store cameras
- Manage inventory levels and execute business strategies for profitability
- Foster open-door culture, associate engagement, and development opportunities
- Lead store events, community partnerships, and adoption group collaborations
- Handle pet health issues including vet transport as needed
- Analyze business metrics and communicate objectives to team
- Maintain store standards and empower team for efficient execution
