Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct safety walks, manage inventory, review cameras for compliance, and partner on community events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance metrics, communicate objectives, and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and pet passion. Key skills include team motivation, operational efficiency, conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making. Flexible scheduling is essential.
